What is coaching for teachers?

An instructional coach works with teachers to improve the quality of their classes and the quality of students' education. They serve as mentors and role models, helping teachers to stay cool and to use the latest techniques and technologies in their classrooms. Educational training in EL Education schools focuses on evidence of student performance and participation in relation to the teacher's educational choices. Coaching creates a relationship in which the client feels cared for and, therefore, can access and implement new knowledge.
